Biography

Martin Jurník graduated from the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University in Brno and from the Faculty of Forestry and Wood Technology at Mendel University in Brno. After the graduation, he worked as a corporate lawyer for the Czech representation of a global manufacturer of industrial and medical technology. Since 2015, he has been working for Advokátní kancelář INSIGHT s.r.o., at first as a junior attorney and after that as an attorney.

Orientation

Martin Jurník specializes in civil law and commercial law, in public procurement law and law of economic competition. Focusing on international public law, he spent one semester at the Faculty of Law of the University of Tromsø. He can speak English and German fluently.
