JUDr. Radim Krofta
Biography
Radim Krofta graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of West Bohemia in Plzeň, where he got a master´s degree in law. After that, he passed the Rigorosum exam and defended his doctoral thesis at the Department of Commercial Law of the Faculty of Law at Charles University, for which he was awarded the academic degree of Doctor of Law. Within the framework of his studies, he spent more than one year as an intern at the University of Glamorgan in Wales. After 10 years of his independent practice of law, he joined the team of the law office of INSIGHT s.r.o., with which he has been working since 2022.
Orientation
He mostly deals with civil law and commercial law, insurance law and compensation for damage. His specialisation is litigation – representation at arbitration and judicial proceedings. He can speak English fluently.
