Biography

Gabriela Machalová graduated from the Faculty of Law at Masaryk University in Brno, where she got a Master´s degree in law, and the Faculty of Philosophy at Palacký University in Olomouc, where she got a Bachelor´s degree in Spanish philology. Since 2020, she has been working for Advokátní kancelář INSIGHT s.r.o., at first as a junior attorney and after that as an attorney.

Mgr. Bc. Gabriela Machalová specialises in intellectual property law, mainly copyright and trademark law. She also deals with the topic of unfair competition and of protection of the individual and his privacy.
