Biography

Jan Pšenička graduated from the Faculty of Law at Charles University in Prague, where he got a master´s degree. He also graduated from the Faculty of Philosophy at Charles University, where he got a bachelor´s degree in Slavic philology. Within the framework of his studies at the Faculty of Law, he spent one year as an intern at Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich. He has been working for INSIGHT s.r.o. since 2022, at first as a paralegal, now as a junior attorney.

Orientation

Jan Pšenička mostly deals with civil law and commercial law, real estate law and insolvency law. He can speak German, English, Slovenian, and Serbian.
